This dress was shipped to the bride from her mother and when she tried it on (4 days before the wedding) she found that the dress was a little over 2 inches too small. I only had 3 days to work with, so I suggested to take out the zipper and create a lace-up back. I also added a panel with boning behind the lace-up back for modesty purposes. The bride liked her dress better with the lace-up back rather than how it looked previously.

Here is another dress that the bride bought on sale, but it was too small (by about 7 inches), so again I took out the zipper and made it a lace up back.
