Family Picture Time!

I was trying to find something we could all wear without having to buy clothes for Family Pictures.  I had something for everyone except my girls.  I wanted something to dress up a white shirt, so I made these little jackets and matching hair clips.  They have been very useful to wear with sleeveless dresses for Church and other occasions as well!

Salon Sink Skirt

I made this sink skirt for a couple of hair salon suites.  It is attached to the sink with Velcro so that it can be removed easily to be washed if needed. It also provides cover for the drain pipes and any supplies that can be kept underneath.

Flower Girl Dress

This is the Flower Girl dress for the same wedding as the post for the lace beaded jacket.

Lace Jacket

This is a lace beaded jacket along with sash that I hand stiched beaded trim onto.  I also made a bright blue sash, but failed to take a picture.

Clothspin Photo Stands

You can buy these clothspins in 6" - 12".  Then just mod podge scrapbook paper and add flowers, ribbon and jems.  They make great gifts and are very inexpensive.  The website I use to order the clothspins is www.woodcrafter.com

18" Doll Dresses

These are super easy doll dresses.  I made 11 of them for Christmas last year.
I also made a few dresses to match for my daughter and a couple of her friends.

Car Seat Covers

My new project lately has been car seat covers with matching nursing covers and burp cloths.  I seem to have quite a few friends expecting along with myself!

On Black Friday, JoAnn Fabrics had baby flannel on sale for $1.49 per yard.  I bought the fabric below to make my new baby (coming soon!) some receiving blankets and burp cloths!
